How we work
One partner from first brief to shipped bulk.
You deal with us. We deal with the factories.
Brief
Tell us what you want to make, who it's for and where the price needs to land. A rough idea, reference images and rough quantities are enough. We tell you what's realistic.
Factory match
We match your product to the most suitable factory for its capability, capacity and quantities, not just the cheapest quote.
Sampling
We manage sample rounds and give clear feedback in both directions, so changes get made once and made correctly. More than one round is normal.
Production
We follow your order through bulk, so what gets made is what you approved. You get updates from us, not silence from the factory.
QC and inspection
QC at the critical stages along the line, so issues are caught where they happen. We offer in-line inspection during production and final inspection of finished goods. You choose the level of inspection that suits your product and budget, and we agree the scope with you at the start.
Shipping
Once your goods pass inspection, we help you coordinate freight. We compare quotes from different forwarders based on your timing, budget and destination, so you can choose the option that fits.

Every project runs from our headquarters in Taichung, Taiwan. Production happens wherever suits your product best, across our partner factory network in Asia:

Many sourcing agents make their money in the gap between the factory price and what you pay. We don't. We charge one transparent flat fee and explain exactly how it works for your project before any work starts, so you see what you pay us and what you pay the factory.
Minimums depend on the product and the factory. We negotiate the best minimums possible for you and tell you honestly what's realistic.

Questions we often get
Do I need a finished design before I contact you?
No. A clear idea, reference images and a target price are enough to start. Send us what you've got and we'll help fill the gaps.
Do you only source footwear?
Not any more. We source practically any product: bags, apparel, fabrics and accessories, hats and socks, pet products, scissors, gym equipment and more.
Where are products made?
In partner factories across Asia, including Taiwan for premium production, China, Vietnam and other countries. We match each project to the factory that fits it best. Our HQ is in Taichung, Taiwan.
How do you charge?
One transparent flat fee, no hidden mark-ups. Send us a short description of your project and we'll explain how it works for you.
What's your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the product. Minimums are often set per colour, material or size run, and vary by factory. We negotiate the best minimums possible for you.
How long does it take?
It depends on the product, the number of sample rounds and the factory's schedule. We'd rather give you a realistic plan on a call than a nice number on a web page.
